Nanci Hogan

Nanci Hogan is an executive consultant and coach for leaders, senior managers and CEOs, working in the public (including local, national and international government and academic institutions), private and Third (Charity and nongovernmental organisation) Sectors. She works at the individual, team, organizational and systemic levels. She is trained in ICF recognized individual and organizational depth coaching as well as in ORSC systems coaching, focused on building thriving teams and organisations. Over the past year she has led six group coaching sessions for humanitarian aid and mission workers. She also identifies herself a moral philosopher and ethicist.

Edwina Pike

Edwina Pike is the co-founder of Pike Squared, a consultancy specialising in converting strategy into action. Her 30 years working alongside strategists in FTSE10 organisations and their new business ventures gives her a deep understanding of how to create implementable and accessible strategies for any size organisation.
More recently Edwina served as the Chair of a non-profit, having spent 5 years, with her partner Nick, leading the strategy committee, overseeing a doubling of the membership, a high retention and satisfaction rating. Edwina has a unique appreciation of the challenges you face as a CEO in helping your Board be more strategic.

Julie Pelych

Julie is passionate about developing individuals, teams and organisations to reach their full potential and to achieve great outcomes. She has extensive experience of Leadership Development and Executive Coaching and uses a strengths-based approach in her work, underpinned with the latest research in neuroscience.
She has worked with a diverse range of private and public sector organisations including retail, engineering and construction businesses as well as the NHS, housing associations and large charities. Prior to setting up her own business in 1995 Julie was an HR Director in a blue chip global business and spent 11 years working as an HR professional in the public transport, engineering and FMCG sectors.

Rich Watkins

Rich Watkins is a lifelong collaborator as a scientist, creative problem solver and an artist. He started his career with BP where he spent 8 years across Research & Development and product strategy. As a strategist with What If Innovation, he ran over 75 collaborative projects in over 20 countries, leading teams to the creation of major brands and products in China, Europe and the US. He founded Let’s Go in 2013 to offer specialist support to organisations who want to get more from collaborative working. Outside of work, his creative projects have led to exhibitions in Beirut, Cape Town, Istanbul, LA, and his hometown London.
