ella forums leadership development program started in 2013 with face to face sessions with peers and expert speakers for learning, support and coaching. At the start of the corona virus outbreak we moved online so we could continue to inspire the leaders of charities and social enterprises to be outstanding leaders.
Given the unprecedented situation right now however, we have taken the decision to hold all sessions virtually via Zoom. Face to face sessions (and conferences) will return, but for now we will continue to provide the best leadership development experience we can online. This will give you the opportunity of joining, experiencing and learning from a range of specialist speakers nationally & sector leaders locally. There is no charge for attending for your first few sessions. We hope you will benefit greatly so that you will join as a full member of ella forums.
