Ella Forums set to become Leaders Together

As one year comes to an end we are busy planning for the year ahead. 2025 is set to be a busy and exciting time here at Ella Forums.

Those of you who have been with us a while will know that in January this year we took on a new look, with new colours and logo to represent our work supporting charity leaders. After such success we are taking things a step further in 2025 with a new name.

We are excited to share that we will soon be known as Leaders Together and will adopt the strapline, ‘Where charity leaders thrive’.

As with many small, purpose driven organisations we are constantly learning and listening to those who know us well and those who don’t. It became clear that our name just wasn’t hitting the mark, people didn’t understand what we do or who we were here for. With a small team working hard to bring charity leaders meaningful support, we felt we were making life even harder for ourselves. So, it was time for a change.

Through the power of a team of volunteers and some freelance help we have been working on getting ourselves ready for the big name change. The legal bit is done, the shiny new logo is complete, and the website is being developed as we speak.

In celebration, we are hosting an event on 16th January to put a spotlight on charity leaders mental health. We will be joined by Vic Hancock-Fell of Fair Collective who will be sharing the findings from their latest research on this very topic. We will use this space to explore how we can collectively support the wellbeing of those working tirelessly to support others.

If you are interested in joining us to contribute to the conversation please email Charlie on charlie.hayter@ella-forums.org (new email coming soon too!).

Let’s make charity leadership less lonely and a whole lot more fun, together.
