Sean joined the Mental Health Network as Chief Executive in November 2016. He has focused on influencing politicians, policy makers and heads of public sector organizations and other key stakeholders to deliver evidence-based intervention with a sound economic basis.

- the mental health issues in the workplace that CEOs might be encountering due to Covid-19. E.g. issues around working from home, redundancies (people facing redundancies), people being furloughed, people working from home and having to home school children, etc
- the constantly changing and ambiguous nature of Covid-19 situation (lock downs, risk, going back to work) and mental health issues people might be facing now in the workplace and may be facing in the future as a result
