ella forums brings together leaders of charities and social enterprises with the goal of developing their leadership role and to further develop their leadership skills through membership of an ella forums group. We know from the leaders who have been attending our national forum groups that the opportunity to learn and share together is still having a huge impact in these difficult times. Supporting leaders and learning from each other has never been more important.

This small, diverse group of leaders, who meet on a regular basis once a month, create a network of impartial advisors to each other.  The meetings are either a peer network session or a speaker session. The peer network sessions are facilitated by  Andrew Jacobs  who Chairs the Group and includes time for ‘action learning’ – members of group bring an opportunity, challenge or issue to the session and together, through a structured process, the opportunity, challenge or issue is explored and possible solutions generated.  The speaker sessions are available to members of all of the ella forum groups nationwide and are led by experts on the topics identified as being of interest and relevance to group members.  Example topics: Brand strategy; Building resilience; Becoming a better leader; Being human in a virtual world; Planning for COVID-19; and Fundraising.

Members of this group include Paypal Giving Fund, The Mortimer Society and The Money Advice Trust.
