ella Forums is delighted to announce a NEW Scotland Forum Taster session on 29th June for anyone who is interested in knowing more about membership and what it offers to leaders.
This small, diverse group of leaders will meet on a regular basis once a month to create a network of impartial advisors to each other. Membership of an ella forum includes meetings in two formats. Either a peer-to-peer session or a speaker session. The peer-to-peer sessions are held monthly and facilitated by an experienced chair and include time for ‘action learning’ – a member of the group brings an opportunity, challenge or issue to the session and together, through a structured process, the opportunity, challenge or issue is explored, and possible solutions generated.
The speaker sessions are also monthly and bring together members of all the forums nationwide to hear from experts on topics identified as being of interest and relevance to members. Example topics are: Brand strategy; Building resilience; Becoming a better leader; Being human in a virtual world; Planning for COVID-19; and Fundraising.
This new forum will cover the whole of Scotland and will be chaired by Beth Tope. Beth brings a diverse perspective often overlaying a private sector commercial flavour to the discussion, she is passionate about supporting people and groups towards insight and action.
Please join us as our guest to experience the ella process first-hand. Register to receive your Zoom login link for this meeting.
