June 13 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Ella Forums is pleased to invite you to attend this Speaker Session (virtually on Zoom) as our guest.

Speaker: Richard Bellars

As a leader, do you find you are automatically expected to manage meetings, lead discussions or arbitrate difficult conversations? For some that is OK, and for others this can be a stretch into the uncomfortable zone because you have a sense you are making it up as you go along!

Fear not, the world of facilitation may have an answer for you.

What if you knew…

  • there were a frameworks and activities that created safety and engagement to move discussions to tangible outputs?
  • the skills that lend themselves to creating collaborative outcomes?
  • the behaviours of leaders that build ownership amongst their teams?

Facilitative leadership is about providing direction without taking control.

Facilitation is an art and a skill, and importantly can be learnt.

Join us to explore facilitation frameworks, skills, and behaviours that benefit all leaders.
