All charities are going through massive change in 2020. Boards of trustees and senior leadership teams are grappling with the big questions: “What are we here to do?”, “What can we realistically do?” and “How can we do things better?”
The voluntary sector is resilient because it quickly learns and adapt. To support the sector by sharing learning, Shoosmiths are delighted to have the opportunity to interview Paul Bott, Chief Executive of St John of God Hospitaller Services (SJOG), a charity providing people with the skills and support to gain control of their own lives, about the significant cultural and systemic changes SJOG has undergone under his leadership in the last two years, recognised by the charity receiving the accolade of “Change Project of the Year” at the recent National Charity Times Awards, and having now also received four nominations (including for Paul) at the forthcoming National Third Sector Excellence Awards”.
The webinar will take place on Tuesday, 3 November 2020 at 14:00 and will be hosted by Robert Nieri, Principal Associate at Shoosmiths.
