We are delighted to announce the launch of a new in-person leadership Forum. From January 2025 we will be running a monthly leadership forum in London.
Since the pandemic we have successfully been supporting charity leaders to connect and learn through our online offering. As we step into a new year we want to offer leaders that prefer connecting and learning in person the opportunity to do so.
Like all of our leadership Forums these in person sessions will be facilitated by an experienced coach and use Action Learning to guide a group of up to 14 members to navigate the highs and lows of leadership.
You can register your interest below and we will be in touch.
All the information about the forum can be found below but don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like further details.
Let’s make 2025 your best leadership year yet.

Who is the leadership forum for?
This forum is open to all leaders that work in the impact space (think charity and social enterprise leaders). You don’t need to be the CEO to join, if you are on the leadership team or take a leadership role in your organisation we would love to have you as part of our community.
You will be looking to dedicate time to your own leadership and development in 2025 and be able to commit to attending monthly in person sessions in London. You do not need to be based in London to attend but able and willing to travel to attend the sessions.
Who will be facilitating the sessions?
Julie Pelych will expertly guide the group at each session using Action Learning. Julie is a leadership development expert and qualified coach who also happens to be Ella Forums CEO and the Founder of GAP Performance.
Julie established GAP Performance over 20 years ago to support organisations and individuals to realise their potential and deliver improvements in leadership and business performance. She has vast experience of delivering to diverse range of clients including everything form FTSE 100 companies and large global organisations to SMEs and charities.
When will the sessions take place?
The first few sessions will take place on the following dates and once your group is established you will determine the best day to meet.
- Tuesday 28th January 3 – 5pm
- Tuesday 25th February 3 – 5pm
- Tuesday 25th March 3 – 5pm
- Tuesday 22nd April 3 – 5pm
- Dates to be confirmed for June – November
We all take a well-deserved break in August and December.

Ella Forums offers you networking opportunities, professional development, inspiration and a community.
“It’s great to be in a group where members can confidently share their challenges and receive non-judgemental input from others to address those challenges. It is also a great forum for learning from one’s peers and celebrating small and big wins/successes!”
