Ella Forums was set up in 2013 by Brian Chernett, who founded The Academy for Chief Executives. For 18 years the Academy helped thousands of CEOs achieve measurable results for their organisations via a holistic leadership development programme. The tried and tested methods that worked for leaders in the commercial sector have been adapted to inspire leaders in charities and social enterprises through the work of Ella Forums. Ella Forums welcomes socially aware businesses to become members. Each of our forums meets on a monthly basis for a peer-to-peer meeting, chaired by an experienced coach/facilitator. On the second Thursday of each month an expert speaker presents on a topic relevant to members.
