ella Forums is celebrating Trustees’ Week 2020 by saying a huge thank you to all the trustees of our member charities for their support. To show our appreciation of the vital contribution they make to their charities and communities, we are offering a complimentary session to our new Trustees Forum. For the first session we’ll be discussing the relationship between the trustees and the senior management team. There’s plenty of sound advice around alignment of values and vision, and clarity of roles with well defined boundaries.
