Ella Forums brings together leaders of charities and social enterprises with the goal of fostering the ongoing development of their leadership skills. Leaders of charities and social enterprises can face particular challenges and can get great benefits in terms of ideas, knowledge and experience from their peers in the sector.  They can also share their own knowledge and experiences for the benefit of others.

Ella Forums is led and run by a wonderful group of people who voluntarily give their time and expertise in support of the purpose and objectives of the organisation because they are passionate about developing leaders in the charitable and not-for-profit sectors.

One of the great strengths of membership is that the topics discussed in each forum are highly relevant to the real work of the members, on a timely basis.  Regular forum meetings create the opportunity for strong relationships to be built, relationships that result in a safe space to connect that is confidential and non-judgemental.  This then enables a supportive learning environment for forum members

“This morning’s session just reinforces for me the gap there is in the sector in training of this type around leadership and the type of day-to-day challenges organisations face.”
